Black ring in the sky Britain

This enigmatic and surprising black ring has been seen in the sky over Britain. Specifically it was in Leamington Spa in Warwickshire, south of Birmingham on Friday afternoon. Specialists in meteorology have not, yet, an explanation for this rare event, but that did not seem to have a climatic phenomenon.
